The 10th annual Alexa Awards have now been handed out, with 34 Northe District recipients.
The Alexa awards honour RCMP officers who take at least 12 impaired drivers off the roads per year.
When an officer removes 34 impaired drivers from the roads they achieve All-Star standing on the Alexa team.
One member in particular, Constable Kevan Cranmer had an oustanding year, removing 139 impaired drivers.
This marks Constable Cranmer’s 9th Alexa team in 10 years on the force, and his 5th as an All-Star.
