More than 700 not-for-profit organizations will be splitting 18 million dollars in arts and culture funding through BC’s annual Community Gaming Grants.
All of the organizations will deliver performing arts, literature, heritage, and cultural programs for British Columbians of all ages and walks of life.
On top of that, 850 sport sector organizations will be receiving 27.5 million in funding from the program to create opportunities for those who could not otherwise participate in organized sports.
The Community Gaming Grants program provides up to 140 million dollars to nearly 5 thousand not-for-profit organizations in BC each year.
