Officials have called off a tsunami warning issued for coastal regions of southern Alaska.
The alert was issued after Friday morning’s earthquake that shook Anchorage, damaged buildings, and buckled roads.
The U.S. Geological Survey upgraded the magnitude of the shaker to 7.0.
There was no tsunami warning issued for British Columbia.
Alaskan officials say there were no immediate reports of death or serious injury.
