A bus honouring the memory of Alexa Middelaer will be at the Skeena Mall on May 30th.

The bus was launched in 2012 in memory of four year old Alexa, who was killed by a drunk driver in 2008 while feeding horses on the side of a road in Delta.

The bus is the RCMP’s mobile road safety unit that teaches the public about the consequences of drunk driving.

It’s also an investigative tool that has all the equipment needed to collect evidence and process impaired drivers.

The bus will be at the Skeena Mall on Monday May 30th from 5pm to 8pm.

There will be draws for prizes, as well as a distracted/impaired driving go cart challenge.
