Applications are now being accepted for BC’s freshly revamped Multiculturalism Grants Program.
In honour of the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the province has altered their program to place more emphasis on projects which encourage intercultural interactions, and anti-racism and system changes.
All projects which reduce stereotypical barriers, remove discrimination, and promote a more inclusive province are elligible for the grants.
This year, charitable and non-profit organizations will each be able to apply for up to 5 thousand dollars in funding for activites, events, and projects across the province.
Applications will be accepted until January 10th.
