Support for youth environmental leaders will continue for a fifth year with the launching of the 2018 edition of the Stewards of the Future program.
Funded by the Government House Foundation and supported by the Lieutenant Governor of BC, the program supports and encourages youth to connect with their environments and explore their communities.
Funding will go towards field trips, and other projects which allow youth to explore and identify key issues of environmental concern in their local communities.
Lieutenant Governor Janet Austin announced the launching of the application process today, which remain open until November 30th for the spring of 2019 intake.
