An Arctic Outflow Warning has been issued for North Coast – Inland Sections.
Environment Canada says a ridge of high pressure building over the B.C. interior will cause arctic air to spill through north coast inland valleys.
Areas including Terrace and Kitimat, are expected to see wind chill values dip to -20°C tonight with the conditions continuing through Wednesday.
The weather agency urges everyone to limit outdoor activities and bundle up with items like hates scarves and gloves.
