An assault suspect in Prince Rupert led RCMP on a bit of a chase on Sunday.
Police received multiple reports early Sunday morning of a fight behind a bar on 5th Street.
After a short search, police located the suspect near the 600 block of 3rd Avenue West where they were allegedly assaulted by the suspect before he took off on foot.
Police eventually caught and arrested the 24 year-old, who has since been released on a promise to appear in court.
