Avalanche risk closes section of Nisga'a Highway

The Nisga’a Highway between Gingolx and Laxgalts’ap has been shut down due to avalanche hazard.

The Ministry of Transportation says the route will likely be closed until 10 a.m. Thursday.

An update is expected at 6 a.m. Thursday.
