Those wishing to support a great cause can now do so while stocking up on alcohol for the holidays.
As of today, customers at BC Liqour Stores will be able to purchase a stuffed bear for 11 dollars and 70 cents, and have a twin bear donated to a local child in need.
More than 700 thousand bears have been gifted since the annual Share-a-Bear program began 29 years ago.
Last year, Liquor Stores in BC donated more than 22 thousand stuffed bears.
