BC NDP leader John Horgan is in Terrace today as part of his Highway 16 camping tour.
He met with city council, and fielded questions on a wide range of topics.
Most of the questions revolved around how Terrace, and other rural communities, can get more provincial funding.
Specific issued raised included the need to replace the ageing Mills Memorial Hospital, sharing resource revenues, social housing programs, opening a detox centre, and municipal taxes.
Horgan is staying at Ferry Island tonight, and is off to Hazelton tomorrow.
