Haunted Library Stories
What happens when the library lights go out? Scary stories and ghoulish delights! Come in costume or as you are to enjoy spine-tingling stories (for older goblins), or slightly spooky stories (for younger ghosts). Halloween treats will also be on hand.

Prince Rupert‘s annual Community Hallowe’en Fest with tons of free candy, games, activities and a huge costume parade with prizes! They have been helping the RCMP and Fire/Rescue for 31 years now to provide a safe event for kids and families. The high school students help to decorate, run the games and hand out the candy.
It’s a fun night so come down for free hot dogs and fun! The fireworks display will start at 8:15pm and can be viewed from the Civic Centre parking lot.
Do you have a career in science or engineering? Don’t miss this opportunity to meet with Friderike Moon from Science World. Friderike brings tips and techniques on how to share your passion for the sciences and to inspire school-aged youth with a love for science. No registration required.

On Saturday, November 3 Terrace Community Band opens its 2018-2019 concert season and the theme will be “Adventures”. Guided by their fearless musical director, Mr. Geoff Parr, they will take you on a series of musical adventures around the world, back in time and even below ground with a variety of outstanding music performed to their usual high standard of excellence. Come out and support them not only because they are your community band, but also because you are sure to enjoy an evening of great live music.
