Charges have been laid against two men police believe are responsible for a break and enter at a rural summer camp for girls.
Last Wednesday afternoon, the Prince George RCMP were told of the break in at a Girl Guide camp on a forest service road about 75km southeast of Prince George.
Attending officers located a vehicle, and had to block the road after it tried to flee from police.
A Prince George father and son dual was then taken into custody.
Police also found a pellet rifle and pellet handgun in the SUV, along with evidence of a B and E, but no stolen items.
A police dog later found about $8,000 worth of stolen items after searching several hours along the roads in the area.
42 year old Robert Glenn Klyne and 18 year old Brady Samuel Klyne have been charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
· Break, Enter & Commit
· Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
Both men are scheduled to make their next appearances in court this week.
