The City of Quesnel is freshening up their brand.
The city says a new logo and slogan will rolled out in the next few weeks as residents and businesses felt it wasn’t effective.
Mayor Bob Simpson says the process included all of the community.
Mayor Simpson says the new slogan, “It’s in our nature”, has a lot meaning behind it.
The re-branding had a price tag of 80-thousand dollars with the majority being funded through grants.
Mayor Simpson says the new logo and line will be implemented beginning February 1.
Quesnel is also working on a new website, expected to be available in April.
