Dawson Creek RCMP have arrested two men in relation to a shooting from earlier in the month.
On November 2nd, at around 10:30 at night, police were called to the intersection of the Alaska Highway and 17th Street after reports of a shooting.
When they arrived, police found one 30 year old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
Following the incident, police launched an exhaustive investigation, which has now resulted in the arrest of two residents.
22 year-old Ghislain Cormier, and 20 year-old Chase Schwab are facing numerous charges, including: attempted murder, forcible confinement, and multiple fire-arms related offenses.
Both are scheduled to appear in court today.
Police believe the incident to be targeted and do not believe there is any further risk to the public.
