Cary McCook was getting ready for a quiet night last Saturday, but the local wildlife in Smithers had different plans for the 25-year-old.
McCook explains what happened after he got out of his friend’s truck at 9 p.m. that evening.
He says he told his friends and family about what happened, but being April 1st, they didn’t believe him.
In order to get proof, he got the security footage from the hotel, which McCook then recorded.
McCook is taking his new found fame in stride and hopes this attention will help jumpstart his other career as a First Nations hip-hop artist with his group Reka-NatioN.
McCook adds from now on, he’ll be more careful when exiting a vehicle.
