Vanderhoof RCMP continue to investigate a crash that knocked out power to the town.
Police say a vehicle was traveling on Highway 16 just before 1:30 this morning when the driver hit a hydro pole near 1st Street.
The crash caused power lines to fall, forcing the driver to stay in the vehicle.
Emergency crews along with BC Hydro responded and got the driver out safe.
Police say the person suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Power is back on as police continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
