In an effort to reduce debt, natural gas company Enbridge has sold off its holdings in Northeastern BC.
The 4.3 billion dollar deal will see Brookfield Infrastructure take over facilities in the Montney, Peace River Arch, Horn River, and Liard basins.
All of the facilities were set to close by mid-2019, but Brookfield says they plan to continue to hold the assets.
