The flooding in the Cariboo may finally be offering a break for some residents.
Those that had been under an evacuation order in the Upper Nazko area will now see that demoted to an evacuation alert.
The 120 properties effected had been under the order for over a week.
The River Forecast Centre is still urging caution and urges residents to remain ready to evacuate quickly.
Across the province there are currently nearly 4 dozen active evacuation orders covering almost 600 properties.
