Maureen Atkinson is a PhD candidate at the University of Waterloo and a long-time Northern BC resident. She will speak about the radio segments relating to First Nations people that she has found in the CBC Radio archives from 1960 and 1980. This material represents a chapter in her dissertation. Part of Heritage Park Museum’s Summer Lecture Series. No registration necessary. Admission free or by donation. In the Dance Hall, refreshments provided.
