It appears as though yet another LNG proposal in Prince Rupert has been shelved.
Today, Exxon Mobil Corp and partner Imperial Oil Limited, announced the withdrawl of their environmental assessment application for an LNG export facility proposed in 2015.
Though the companies did not specifiy why they were withdrawing the application, the 25 billion dollar project appears to be the latest in a long line of LNG projects in the area to be curbed.
