Starting this fall, the Prince Rupert campus of Northwest Community College will be offering a leadership and development course.
The non-profit organization, the Minerva Foundation, is putting the course on which will focus on leadership roles and providing a skills set needed to become key community leaders.
According to Cecilia Grayson the course taught her more about herself than she ever thought possible.
While the course is aimed at aboriginal women, all women are welcome.
Tuition is $3,600, but the fee is waived due to sponsorship from BG Canada and Spectra Energy.
Food and child minding also provided during the sessions.
The course begins in Prince Rupert at NWCC in October.
There will be 10 session in all.
