Government seeking input on Anahim Lake connector road

The provincial government are seeking public input on a proposed connector road between Anahim Lake and Vanderhoof.

Running from Dean River Road, 55 kms north of Anahim Lake, to Kluskus FSR, near Highway 16, the road would create a secondary fire exit for First Nations and rural residents in the area.

Environmental reviews are currently taking place, along with consultations with First Nations, stakeholders, and community members.

You can provide feedback on the project by emailing Erika.Driedger@gov.bc.ca.
