Upgrades are on the way for the Fort Forum Ice Arena in Fort St James with the announcement of nearly 24 thousand dollars in Rural Dividend funding.
A replacement plan for the Fort Forum ice-plant system is the focus of the funding, which will also go towards plans to reduce ammonia usage and maintain energy.
The funding will help to ensure the safe continuation and creation of new community recreational programs in the Fort St James area.
