The prospects of an LNG plant in Kitimat has taken another step towards fruition.
Houston based Civeo Corp has reportedly been awarded a workforce accommodation contract, signalling that the 40 billion dollar LNG Canada project is inching closer to a positive final investment.
Four work camps are covered under the contracts, stretching along the Coastal GasLink pipeline between Dawson Creek and the west coast.
Investors claim that the contract is additional evidence that the project will proceed.
