As of today, the Kitimat RCMP will no longer be issuing MV1815 permits to offroad vehicle operators.
The permits allow offroad vehicles to cross highways, railroads, or otherwise drive on certain roads or in certain areas.
Permits already issued will be valid until they expire in November of this year.
Anyone requiring a new permit will now need to seek one out from ICBC.
