ENGLISH PAPER PIECING workshop with local artist KIM WOODD   Friday, May 24th 2024 OR Saturday, May 25th 2024 time: 1 - 4pm cost: $40/participant pre-registration required >>> call 250-638-8884 to book!   Create a hand-stitched mug rug (as pictured) using a traditional method of fabric quilting. The instructor will provide each participant with a basic EPP starter kit and instructional materials.   Participants can choose to bring their own fabric scraps-3" square or 2.5" strip, and need to have basic sewing skills.

Join us as our last runners make their way in, finishing off our 6th annual Tears to Hope relay and virtual run. Park at the boat launch then meet at the MMIWG commemoration totem pole. The join us for a meal in celebration of another successful run/walk in honour of our loved ones that we miss so much.

Meditation has a number of benefits to mental wellbeing, including managing stress, improving focus, reducing negative feelings, spiking creativity, and helping you become more self-aware.
