Murder charges announced in Prince George homicide

RCMP say three people have been charged with Prince George’s first homicide of the year.

Mounties say 24 year-old Jordan McLeod was murdered east of the city January 16th. His body was discovered near the city about a month later following a missing persons investigation.

(Monday, police announced charges of first degree murder against three men, 33 year-old Darren Sundman, 26 year-old Kurtis Sundman, and 42 year-old Sebastian Martin.

All three were arrested over the weekend.

The Prince George Serious Crime Unit says it engaged in a comprehensive investigation with the help of detachments right across the north, including Williams Lake, Quesnel, and Vanderhoof.

The three suspects are expect to appear in court Monday.
