Members of the Nadleh Whut’en First Nation are continuing to search for a man that ended up in the fast flowing Nautley River near Fort Fraser over the weekend.
Chief Martin Louie says people are still out on the river and areas bridges searching for Robin Heathcliff who went into the water on Easter Sunday.
Louie says an RCMP helicopter will join the search tomorrow along with a private aircraft to search the river from the air.
Louie describes Heathcliff as always being happy and says his favourite time of year is Easter, but adds he may have been depressed at the time he ended up in the river.
Those wishing to help out with the search for Robin Heathcliff can contact the Nadleh Whut’en First Nation office at (250) 690-7211.
