Nathan Cullen says he won’t run for NDP leadership

The veteran British Columbia M-P who came in third in the last federal NDP leadership convention has ruled out another bid for the job next year.

Nathan Cullen says he won’t be entering the race to succeed Tom Mulcair.

The MP for Skeena-Bulkley Valley says he wants to focus instead on Canada’s upcoming efforts to create a new electoral system.

He also cites the need to work on climate change as a reason for his decision not to enter the leadership race.
