The New Democrats blasted the BC government over the scathing Information and Privacy Commissioner report in Question Period Thursday.
The NDP, in questioning transportation minister Todd Stone, accused the Liberals of a culture of secrecy aimed at avoiding embarrassing situations for the government.
Todd Stone says he expects staff to follow the rules when it comes to information requests.
The provincial government has asked former B.C. information and privacy commissioner David Loukidelis to advise it how to proceed with the 11 recommendations contained in the report.
