A new website launched by the province today aims to make information regarding the use of Crown Land more accessible.
Beginning today, all new Crown Land applications will be posted to the site for the public to openly comment on.
By moving to the new site, the province hopes to make it easier for the public to have their say on the over 3 and a half thousand applications posted each year.
Crown Land makes up roughly 94 percent of BC’s landbase, and the government wants the public to have a larger say in how it is managed.
