North Coast MLA Jennifer Rice is reminding residents in her riding to vote in the on-going electoral reform referendum.
Rice described the chance to change the way votes are registered as a once in a lifetime opportunity which can put the people back at the centre of politics.
With uncertainty surrounding rotating postal worker strikes, the government has been urging residents to return their voter packages by the end of this week.
If you have not yet received your voter package, the deadline to apply for one is November 23rd.
All votes must be received by 4:00 in the afternoon on November 30th in order to count in the referendum.
If you would prefer to, you can return your package to a Service BC office rather than mailing in your package.
