This Thursday, the North Coast Transition Society will be holding a vigil to remember the women murdered during the Montreal Massacre.
On December 6th of 1989, 14 women were murdered at the University of Montreal, leading to December 6th being named a National Day of Rememberance and Action on Violence Against Women.
To honour this, a vigil will be held in the multipurpose room of Coast Mountain College between noon and 1:00, with all welcome to attend.
