Northern Health is making changes to the Fort Saint James medical clinic and the way healthcare is delivered in the community.
Health Services Administrator April Hughes says the Primary Care/Medical Clinic is moving to a new location which will consolidate services in a team-care approach.
With the new team-care service model, Hughes says all of the health services will be located in the same area in the same building.
Primary Care and Community Health Services will be located on Douglas Avenue once renovations are complete by the spring of 2019.
