RCMP say there doesn’t appear to be anything criminal about a pipeline blast and fire near Prince George.
Police have been working with Enbridge, the National Energy Board and Transportation Safety Board to determine the cause of the natural gas pipeline explosion earlier this week.
With no indications that the explosion was criminal, RCMP have turned over the probe to the Transportation Safety Board, with assistance from National Energy Board and Enbridge.
The blast and fire caused the brief evacation of about 100 residents from the rural area.
