Terrace RCMP are looking for more witnesses to a serious crash in the city Sunday.
Police say a pedestrian suffered serious injuries after being hit by a car on Lakelse Avenue shortly before 5 p.m.
The victim was taken to hospital in Terrace, but was later flown to Vancouver Children’s Hospital due to the seriousness of the injuries.
RCMP have not released the age or the gender of the child involved.
Mounties say the collision happened right in front of the McDonald’s restaurant window and they’re hoping more people will come forward with information that could help the investigation.
