Mounties believe they have found the remains of a missing Alaskan man.
Dease Lake RCMP say the remains were discovered in the immediate area where Anthony Adevai’s vehicle was found last November.
A search by a number of area SAR teams discovered the human remains as well as several pieces of clothing and items believed to belong to Adevai.
The search was done about 140 kilometres south of Dease Lake on Highway 37.
The BC Coroners Service is now working to identify the remains.
The Coroners Service along with the RCMP continue to investigate and the family of Adevai has been notified of the latest developments.
