Changes to the way British Columbians have their voices heard could be on the way.
BC chief electoral officer Keith Archer submitted a report to legislature yesterday recommending numerous changes to the Election Act.
The changes, said to increase accessibility and efficiency of the process, include allowing 16 and 17 year olds to pre-register to vote, modernization of the process, and better implimentation of technology.
