Prince George resident and entrepreneur Brian Fehr was among 13 civic leaders honoured with the Order of British Columbia today.
Fehr was given the prestigious award for his extensive work bringing technological innovation to the lumber industry in rural BC.
A champion of rural development, Fehr founded BID group which currently employs over 400 BC residents.
This year’s appointees will join the 432 other British Columbians honoured with Order, which is the highest honour the province can bestow on its residents.
