Prince George RCMP are hoping someone has information that can help them crack a nine year-old murder case.
On April 11, 2009, Vernon Baker showed up at Victoria Street home and told the residents he’d been stabbed.
The 44 year-old died of his injuries in hospital a short time later.
Vernon’s family have not forgotten him and believe that someday they will have the answers they are looking for,
said Corporal Craig Douglass of the Prince George RCMP in a media release. They believe that someone out there knows what happened to Vernon, and we believe that too.
Anyone with information about the homicide of Vernon Baker, including who may be responsible, should contact the Prince George RCMP at (250)561-3300, anonymously contact Crime Stoppers at 1(800)222-8477 or online at www.pgcrimestoppers.bc.ca .
