Prince George RCMP are urging drivers to be extra cautious after a numbers of serious collisions happened on area roads.
Corporal Craig Douglass says three relatively serious collisions occurred in the last 2 days including one where a man was trapped inside a truck.
Another collisions involved a pedestrian struck by a vehicle and a moving van hit by a semi after failing to yield the right of way.
Corporal Douglass says it’s a two way street for both drivers and pedestrians to avoid being in collisions.
Earlier this week, Prince Rupert RCMP echoed the same sentiment and will be ramping up patrols tomorrow which is National Impaired Driving Enforcement Day.
