Several RCMP units from both Quesnel and Williams Lake teamed up yesterday to execute a drug search warrant in Quesnel.
At around 3:30 yesterday afternoon, General Duty officers from Quesnel and Crime Reduction officers from both Quesnel and Williams Lake converged on a residence on Winder Street.
Following a search of the home, police discovered a large quantity of drugs, believed to be meth and heroine, as well as cash and ammunition.
Two men were arrested as a result of the search and an investigation is on-going.
