RCMP in Prince George have made two arrests relating to a Wednesday home invasion.
Original reports claimed that someone had been shot during a break and enter at a Davis Road residence.
Officers responded to the call to find a woman suffering from injuries, but no gunshot wounds, along with 5 other residents.
An investigation revealed that masked suspects had fled the property prior to police arriving, with a number of stolen items including: televisions, laptops, bicycles, and jewelry.
Police were able to track the suspects to a Lisgar Crescent residence and obtain a search warrant for the home.
Following the search, police arrested two suspects including 31 year old Zachary Xavier Brock and a 42 year-old female.
Brock is set to appear in court next Wednesday on charges of robbery with a firearm, break and enter with intent, assault with a weapon, and possession of property obtained by crime, among other charges.
The female was released on a promise to appear in court in November.
Police say that the incident was a targeted attack relating to drug trade.
