Prince George RCMP are investigating after a disturbing report at a local skatepark yesterday afternoon.
Someone reported seeing a man in a grey van pick up a young girl from the park on Massey Drive shortly after one o’clock.
Witnesses believed the girl may have been in distress and called police.
The driver is described as 50 years old, 5’10 tall, with grey hair and scruffy facial hair. He was wearing a grey shirt with ripped jeans, and driving an older model grey minivan.
The girl was described as 12-14 years old, 5’2 tall, wearing a checkered tank top, and having short brown hair with blue streaks in it.
Investigator say they don’t know what the relationship between the two is.
RCMP want to speak to anyone who may have witnessed this incident and to the people involved to ensure everyone is safe.
