Terrace RCMP arrested a man early Sunday after a woman was thrown from a moving vehicle.
Emergency crews found the victim suffering from non life-threatening injuries near Kalum Street and Scott Avenue around 6 a.m.
Witnesses identified the driver who police say was found intoxicated nearby.
RCMP arrested the male for failure to remain at the scene of an accident and issued him a 24-hour driving suspension.
