RCMP continue to investigate a crash approximately 70km east of Terrace that sent two people to hospital Friday.
Mounties say the driver of a 2002 Dodge Dakota pickup appears to have lost control, the truck left Highway 16, and ended up on its roof.
A man and woman were taken to hospital. One of the people was treated and released, while the other remains in hospital with serious injuries.
Investigators say evidence suggests that neither of the occupants was wearing a seatbelt.
RCMP say they are still trying to sort out the cause of the crash and police will be submitting a report to Crown Counsel for charge approval.
The crash left Highway 16 closed or restricted to traffic for a number of hours Friday.
