Telegraph Creek RCMP say two people were injured and a third is missing after a crash discovered yesterday.
Police were called to the Telegraph Creek Bridge Monday morning after a pickup was found over an embankment.
Investigators say there were at least two people in the truck who received non life-threatening injuries.
However, police received information that there may have been a third person in the vehicle at the time of the crash known only as John.
Search and rescue crews were called to the crash site, but despite an extensive search of the area, the third person has not been found or identified.
RCMP want to confirm the identity of this person and check on their well-being. Investigators also want to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the crash or saw the vehicle before the crash.
Anyone that saw a person walking or hitchhiking in the area of the crash should also contact the Telegraph Creek RCMP at 250 235 3111.
