A hearing will be held today at the City Council Chambers in Terrace to gather public input on a proposed cannabis retail store.
While the store, which would be located in the Skeena Mall, has already met all provincial and city guidelines for licensing, final approval is still up to the City.
As per City rules, all property owners and tennants within 100 metres of the proposed location have been notified of the application and invited to attend the hearing.
On top of those, any other person deemed affected by the proposal, or those with an interest in it, are also invited to attend.
The hearing will take place at 7:00 this evening in the council chambers.
