The environment ministry has continued road dust advisories for Houston and Burns Lake.
Officials say high concentrations of coarse particulate are to blame for the continued poor air quality.
Exposure is a particular concern for the very young, very old, and those with diabetes, lung, or heart disease.
Levels tend to be highest around busy roads and industrial operations.
Dust advisories have also been continued Prince George and Fort St. John.
The poor air quality is expected to hang around until there’s some precipitation or dust suppression.
